Does The Belly Pod come with a cover or do I need to purchase one?
The Belly Pod comes complete with your choice of one complimentary cover. Several colors and fabrics are available for purchase.

Can I wash The Belly Pod?
Each Pod comes with a luxurious, removable slip cover that is machine washable. Additional covers are sold separately for those who would like a different color or fabric or just to use while the other is in the wash. The pillow itself is made of all natural, safe fibers for Mom and Baby, Pure 100% Hypoallergenic Polyester Microfiber . However, The Belly Pod Team suggest that the pillow not be put in the washing machine in order to retain the stability required for utmost comfort and proper use. Light surface cleaning is acceptable if necessary.

Are the slipcovers machine washable?
Yes , they are made of luxurious machine washable velvet. We recommend unzipping the slipcover, removing from pillow, turning inside out and washing on a delicate cycle with cold water only. For best results, please air dry or use low heat.

Does the Belly Pod come in sizes?
No, The Belly Pod was specially designed to comfortably give women of all sizes a perfect place to relax.

How can I track my order?
When you place your order with us, you will receive an email within 24 hours that will include your tracking information. If you do not have this email, then please contact our customer service department or call toll free (888)777-7213 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST). We will be happy to give you status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please contact our customer service department or call us toll free (888)777-7213 for a shipping quote before placing an order.

How long does it take to ship The Belly Pod?

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to try out Belly Pod. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product please call our customer service department (888)777-7213 (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM EST), and we will be happy to assist you with your return. If you have your original packaging, including the vacuum pack bag, simply call us for a Return Authorization Code which will help us process your refund as quickly as possible. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label to affix to the return box. Drop it off at any FedEx or Kinkos location and as soon as we receive the package, we will issue your refund. If you do not have the original packaging and vacuum bag, contact us and we will send you a replacement box and vacuum bag for return shipping. We only ask that you pay the nominal cost of $9 for shipping the box and vacuum bag to you. Note: If your item is returned in any other packaging, you may be liable for a $50 return fee.

Do I need to check with my physician before use of the Belly Pod?
Yes, please consult your physician before using the Belly Pod. Although this is the best product we know of for helping expectant moms to lie face down in a safe and comfortable way; we still recommend that you consult your physician in this regard. There are certain conditions of pregnancy that would exclude the prone or face down position as an option.

Can I donate my Belly Pod to a needy expectant mom when I'm finished with it?
Baby Belly Elements is currently working on a program to coordinate donations of Belly Pods in good condition for reuse by expect mothers who are unable to purchase one. The donations are typically tax deductible. Please call (888) 777-7213 or email info@bellypod.com for further information.
